Ribociclib is used with an aromatase inhibitor to treat pre/perimenopausal or postmenopausal women with breast cancer, and with fulvestrant for postmenopausal women with breast cancer. As ribociclib precautions, neither conceive a baby nor breast-feed your child. Avoid receiving any sort of immunization or vaccination without your health specialist's approval while on treatment with ribociclib. Swallow the ribociclib pills whole. Do not crush, break, or chew it. You can take this medicine either with or without food. Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while using ribociclib. Take this medicine exactly as directed by your health specialist.
