Adcetris (API: Brentuximab vedotin) is an antibody-drug conjugate derived to be used for the treatment of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), a type of T cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This medication is supplied as a sterile, white to off-white, preservative-free lyophilized cake or powder in single-dose vials. The adcetris injection is also prescribed to treat relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma. It selectively targets tumor cells expressing the CD30 antigen, a defining marker of HL and ALCL.
