Lysodren 500 mg is an antitumoral medicine introduced for the symptomatic treatment of advanced (unresectable/metastatic/relapsed) adrenal cortical carcinoma (ACC). The total daily dose of lysodren 500 mg may be divided in 2/3 doses as per patient's convenience. It should be taken with a glass of water during meals containing fat-rich food. Patients taking lysodren are advised not to use any tablets showing signs of deterioration.
